ABOUT TRUMEND

Physician-backed wound expertise, delivered by experienced NPs.

TruMend was built around the operational gaps facility leaders actually deal with: missed follow-ups, slow responses, unclear updates, and providers who are hard to reach. Our model fixes those.

OUR CLINICAL MODEL

Field-based NPs, with physician oversight at every step.

TruMend operates on a collaborative physician and NP-led model designed for both clinical excellence and field responsiveness. Every patient benefits from physician oversight and escalation support, while experienced NPs deliver expert wound care at the bedside.

This structure is more clinically reassuring than a loosely supervised extender model and more scalable than physician-only services. It means your patients receive the right level of clinical judgment at every visit.

WHY TRUMEND EXISTS

Built for the problems facility leaders actually face.

We founded TruMend because we kept seeing the same frustrations: wound care providers who are hard to reach, communication that falls through the cracks, documentation that creates more problems than it solves, and follow-through that disappears after the first visit.

Our operating model is designed around response speed, communication quality, and documentation discipline. Every workflow is built so referring teams never have to chase us.

OUR COMMITMENT

What you can expect from TruMend.

Every facility partner receives the same standard of communication and follow-through, every time.

Same-day referral acknowledgment
Urgent assessments within 24–48 hours
Clinical update sent after every visit
Wound progress reports on a fixed schedule
Survey-ready documentation that protects your facility
Direct line to our clinical team — no phone trees
